Communications & Reservations Specialist
If you have excellent customer service skills and social media savvy, come join Maine’s premiere provider of private, luxury transportation. This is a full-time position, eligible for health/dental benefits, paid time off and overtime pay. Your primary responsibility will be interacting with customers via phone, email and in person to provide quotes, generate reservations and assist with coordinating travel. Additionally, you will assist with social media marketing and website management.
This position will staff the office from 10am to 7pm with at least one shift each month from 8am to 3pm on a Saturday. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, as well as aptitude with social media marketing, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, adaptability, and a customer service oriented mind set. Our busy season is May through October with frequent busy days and requires the ability to tolerate stress and multitask as needed. An associates degree or three years related customer service/sales experience required, call center or inside sales experience preferred.

This is an on-call business and you must be willing and able to work on short notice. We are ideally looking for individuals who have a CDL with passenger endorsement (although one is not required) and can be available early mornings or late evenings. Due to the seasonality of our industry, our chauffeurs have the potential to work full-time hours for much of the year with lesser hours January to April.
Chauffeur experience is not required. We are looking for service focused individuals who can deliver the superior level of customer service our clients demand. Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry would translate well into this position. Thorough training is provided on all vehicle types, as well as professional driving skills, procedures and regulations at airports/train/bus stations, and specialty service such as weddings.
Compensation is $10/hour, plus gratuity, which is at the discretion of the passenger and based upon the service provided. Generally, chauffeurs average between $18-22/hour.
Must be able to pass a physical for a DOT Medical Card, TSA background check for access to Logan airport in Boston, must have a clean driving record and be familiar with the Portland area. Familiarity with the metropolitan Boston area is also desired. Must have a black suit, white shirt, black tie and black shoes. Must have a cell phone, GPS, and e-mail address for communication. Preference will be given to those applicants that have a CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain one. Applicants will need to provide a copy of their driving record for review.

Fleet Washer & Detailer
Maine’s premier provider of luxury transportation is looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to help us deliver the superior service we pride ourselves on. Maine Limousine Service is a family owned and operated business that competes with the service level provided by international private car service providers. Our fleet includes luxury sedans, SUVs, passenger vans, executive shuttles, limousines and a 1962 antique Bentley. With more than twenty five vehicles and a chauffeur staff of more than thirty professionals, we are growing and need another individual on staff for vehicle preparation.
In this position, the individual will be primarily responsible for cleaning interior and exteriors of all vehicles prior to scheduled reservations. The work can be fast paced depending on the schedule and volume of trips in a given day. Time management and flexibility in planning are crucial to success in this role. Additional responsibilities include vehicle inspection and reporting of any mechanical issues to the Lead Service Tech and general maintenance of the facility, which includes cleaning/organizing of the wash bay, front office areas, bathrooms and other duties as assigned. The most successful person in this position will be willing to take initiative and go the extra mile when needed. This full time position requires availability 7:30am to 1:30pm Monday through Saturday, with flexibility that the end time may vary due to the daily schedule. This job comes with opportunities for additional hours during the week as demand increases, especially during the summer months.
The right individual for this position should have a valid driver’s license, feel comfortable driving a range of vehicles around our facility and have a basic working knowledge of vehicles.
