FAQ: Prom Service
You can cancel a reservation for prom transportation, but keep in mind all payments are nonrefundable. This means you could be losing from 50% to the full value of your reservation if you cancel.
Gratuity for your chauffeur is included in the reservation so you don’t have to worry about tipping him on prom night. However, if you feel your driver deserves extra for outstanding service, you are welcome to tip in addition to the amount included in your reservation.
Giving us a call is probably the easiest way to reserve your transportation for prom. When you decide to book, 50% of the total is due and is nonrefundable once paid. The balance for all reservations is due 30 days prior to prom and once paid is nonrefundable. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Regardless of the method of payment, we require all reservations to have an active credit card on file with authorization from the person whose name is on the card. In addition to payment in full 30 days prior to prom, we require all students who will be passengers to sign an “I Promise” agreement. This agreement states that only the people on the list will be allowed in the vehicle, that there will be no smoking, drugs or alcohol in the vehicle at any time and that any bags will be placed in the trunk of the vehicle while transportation is taking place. If any part of the agreement is broken, the passengers will be returned to the pick-up location and no refund will be given. We have this agreement as a means to providing safe, fun travel for prom attendees.
If you know you want limousine service for your prom, call us to book as soon as you have the date. Prom season is very short and many Maine prom dates overlap.
